That was an obvious lie. They instructed me to cancel the order and then declined my cancellation and said it would ship soon. Finally, Ebay had to refund since they actually never answered any of my questions or ship the item. They deliberately stalled just to make me wait as long as possible fo rthe refund. But you know what, I still got it. Crooks!
