It was packaged well. The USPS created a delay, which was not the fault of the seller, and he was very empathetic and was in touch with them to figure things out. He was also responsive to my questions and concerns, and I feel confident that this laptop will serve me for years to come! the 1-year warranty is helpful for peace-of-mind as well. I'd buy from this seller again.

The unit was functional quickly, allowing me to install all my software without problems. The PC is quick and responsive, and the graphics are excellent. I had a minor issue when charging in that the charger was "trickle" charging, and I resolved that issue by purchasing a new Dell 130V charger. I am well pleased with the functionality of my purchase, and recommend this vendor!
