Messaged buyer who eventually responded when I said I would be contacting eBay to intervene. Asked if I wanted a replacement or refund, I settled for a replacement. The replacement item finally arrived 11th July. Not impressed with delivery timing, but that may not be 100% the sellers fault.

They said 24hr tracking but i did not get any goods. The company then said i had to wait another 5-7 days for my payment to be returned . the company were quick to take payments then reluctant to respond to any questions why i did not have my goods posted. I said i needed my refund urgent as a storm was coming. Sadly this did not happen. We were left with no power or heating. I wanted the bed runner in cream also. Emailed the seller who replied promptly. But 7nsure of his response as says it should be in stock and he would update the list but it's still showing as sold out.
