My items were sent out right away and when the mail didn’t get here on time she kept me posted on their status so I knew they weren’t lost. Items came wrap and packed very safely. When I received them they were in perfect condition, nicer than I thought and definitely a great value. I was even refunded some of the shipping fee which ended up less than estimated! Look forward to do business with her again!!
