The only issue was a discrepancy in the ad compared to what I received. The seller was very understanding of the problem and promptly issued a refund. This is true customer service. I bought and paid for the larger one but recieved the smaller one. When I contacted them they told me it was to late they had sent the other out. That left me with the wrong one and had paid for the other one. They apologized and offered a refund. But it was to late. I had sent the first one on as a gift and was pretty much stuck with it.
