He then sent my cups to someone else and claimed I received them. After I shared that they were sent to a totally different state, he claimed the problem had been fixed and he would be sending them out. I finally received the cups approximately 6 weeks later. He did refund my money and paid for me to return the other item. Had he not, I would have given him a totally negative review. Thankfully all things worked
