Unfortunately the manufacturer did not test product assembly before it shipped to the wholesaler and the parts could not be assembled. The wholesaler (NV Sales LV) was very nice and understanding and refunded the amount paid as the product was useless in its manufactured state. I would give (NV Sales LV) a 100% rated as a seller who ensures their customers are 100% satisfied.

Very good outer cardboard packing along with closed cell foam padding, inside both of these sensitive electronic items were also surrounded with anti=static bubble wrap. invoice and power cable and DVI-HDMI adapter well packed inside.
