Arrived on time and seller was quick to respond to a question I had. I would buy from this seller again.

The unit appeared brand new in the original package, however one earpiece had a factory defect that would not allow the cable to stay attached. Seller sent me an RA shipping label and promptly refunded my funds as they no longer had the item in stock to send me a replacement.
