It was accurately described as an open box and it was missing 1 set of adhesive pads and 1 small divider. None of which affected how I am using the organizer. The price was about half of retail so even with the missing parts I was quite satisfied.

I purchased a Makita battery just a short time ago, it arrived this afternoon better wrapped and protected than anything I have received before.
