    I ordered the earrings to match a necklace that I have. I was looking forward to having them. When the package arrived, it felt rather light. I opened the envelope and it was completely empty. When I contacted the seller and asked for a refund, she asked for photos (which I sent) and questioned my claim. She has still not refunded my purchase. I do not recommend this shop.

    I will gladly replace your stolen pair of earrings. However, you must remove the negative feedback. As I previously explained to you, I have a process to ship. I know the merchandise and the packing slip was in the envelope by the amount of the weight on envelope label. I firmly believe the merchandise was stolen by USPS Postal service which I have no control over. Remove negative feedback and I will replace earrings. thanks!
