Seller even send a packing slip, explaining why shipping charge was high. These items tend to be over priced, but seller was very reasonable in price. Seller is a great communicator! She posted me the correct petticoat and very kindly said I could keep the one that was sent by mistake as a way of saying sorry. Thank you Bernadette. A wonderful eBay seller.
