    I cannot faultthe product, used it before. The problem is that the seller uses Yodel. The driver by habit dumps the item on my open doorstep irrespective of the weather where there is a notice on my door that says please put packages in the greenhouse round the back if I am out. Then I got told that it was delivered to a safe place, my open doorstep! I have had items delivered by Yodel while away before, on the doorstep, sopping wet and told it was signed for! Will not buy from this seller again

    Excellent comms from vendor/courier service; outer box crushed, probably when they tried to put it through the letterbox but that's not down to the vendor. Will keep the vendor in mind if looking for anything in this line, and alert them to the fact that our letterbox isn't the largest.

    Goods arrived exactly as described as at the cheapest on ebay. Apc carrier used went above and beyond as I missed them in the morning they re delivered in the afternoon. Really happy customer hope to use again in the near future.

    For such high value items we would always use a premier courier. Never had issues with APC
