The packaging was terrible. The sewing basket was broken when it arrived to me. It was not padded in the box, and was rattling around. The basket was not as described because it was broken when I got it. It is broken upon repair The seller has issued a full refund. That's the only positive part of the transaction, and the reason I picked Neutral instead of Negative.

Wasn’t very happy with shipping because it was received ball up in mailbox, now has wrinkles which makes it look bad. Mail person probably had no idea what was in it. Packaging went to waste once it ball up.
