We rang them a couple of times to ask for advice and they replied swiftly, even gave us a WhatsApp number so we could send pictures/video's. Excellent customer service. They even refunded me £30 quickly, when I sent my old PCB board back. Fantastic company. Will use again. Item arrived in vacuum packaging and boxed. Part comes with 1 year guarantee. Thank you.

I massaged the seller and made a request to return it for full refund. They got back immediately, great communications. A return label was sent to me within hours. Item was repacked in original packaging and dropped off at the RM collection point, and barely 24hr later got a full refund.
