If everything goes well then anyone or any company can look good, it is when there are problems that you can actually find out what sort of company you are working with. This company were very apologetic, showed great customer care and were professional & swift when replacing the 2 unsuitable items, sending out the replacements on 24-hour delivery - hence a positive review !

Seller was very responsive when I relayed concerns about the shipping damage, fortunately, the contents were OK. This experience indicates how just throwing something in a box often isn't enough, in this case, it wouldn't have been! It was well packed and survived intact despite shipper damage.
