Was contacted by soltyr whilst they had my burner on test, it was working fine and they sent me a whatsapp video. The whole process from posting off to receiving my water heater back along with a refund took just 3 days!!! Great service!!!! Follwing advice on where to check, my water heater is back in the caravan and working perfectly. Thank you soltyr.

This is a great service . One thing if they don’t answer the phone what’s app the mobile number they do get back to you quickly .
