Makes me wonder how this would have resolved had I not been actively tracking the order status. Running out of inventory in a rare situation, no problem, open communication and let's work through it. I then asked ebay to step in and they gave the seller three days to reply, which they never did. Ebay finally refunded me as the seller made no attempt to rectify the situation. In looking at their other negative feedback this is not a rare occurrence for them when selling a sports card.
