    I love the item it is exactly as described and a reasonable price to not have to pay tariff to get the product. The only issue is the shipping. The item came late after the expected time frame. I had to email the seller to check the status of the item, and the item was then shipped the next day. I still got my item, and it was what I was wanting, and I got it before December, so I am pleased with my item.

    Shipping was VERY slow. Five weeks to get from Colorado to Maryland. Seller never responded to my message/question about why the item was taking so long to ship. Product as described and well packed.

    Item is exactly as pictured and described. Purchased on accident and when trying to work out a way to cancel the order while accepting responsibility for my mistake, I was met with attitude.. shipping took longer than advertised and no update on why shipping was taking longer than expected until I asked almost a week later from payment. Overall this is a good seller with authentic Items! Understood life can be busy, just update buyers on when you plan to ship and there should be no issues :)

    I am sorry you felt my declining the cancellation due to my clearly stated policies was attitude, but I nicely explained that I have these policies and cannot change it for you when I haven't changed them for others, as this would be unfair. I had no attitude with you, I kept explaining this, as you kept asking me to cancel, three times. The shipping was exactly as stated and explained to you, and was shipped on time, if the post office takes longer than you expect, this is not my fault, sorry.
