Their products are amazing and like new. I ordered a Lenovo with Windows 11. Computer arrived & well packed & like new. Unfortunately the screen was on an 18 inch stand so looking at the screen my neck hurt due to fractured vertebrae. I knew they did returns so contacted them - my fault entirely as ordered the wrong item. They couldn't have been more helpful. Amazing customer service - thank you.

However i have to return it because i ordered a laptop for first time and i had no idea that 11.6" screen will be very small for me so i didn't use the laptop much but just turned it on and checked it. The return process was very smooth and easy. I have to pay the postage but they deducted it from the voucher value and i received full refund without postage deduction.
