The cost was reasonable, and the seller was very communicative. We had a problem with the shipping carrier. The seller and I stayed in communication, and he was very helpful. After the shipping carrier severely damaged my box and lost three of my items, the seller was understanding and fair. Really appreciated this seller, and would purchase from him again!

In the future, if seller is going to mail 12 x 12 packs of paper, it would be a good idea not to use a poly mailer. Instead, a non-bendable shipping option should be utilized to protect the paper from being bent up during shipping. It was disappointing to receive the paper crimpled. This could have easily been avoided.
