    The shipping for us was via a freight carrier and arrived as promised and in excellent condition. The confusing aspect was that 2 items shipped at the time of purchase. One via USPS and a second via frieght carrier. This made us think the printer would arrive within days. To avoid confusion the USPS item did not need a tracking number (it was a thank you coupon for future purchases). Overall, very happy with the purchase and seller. We would buy from them again.

    1st printer sent qas damaged. Seller sent another one. Waiting for seller to pick up 1st printer.Lost a bit of office time and a few deadlines. Thank God for Staples. Cost us a but. Communication with Seller was very good save for the hick-up we had in he beginningt

    Maybe the pallet mu printer was on was dropped during shipping? But the prints have a line down them, the color is off and the handle on the tray is broke. The printer was only described as Ricoh and I got a Lanier. As long as I get a return/refund I would do business with the seller again. I raised the review to 5 stars bc I can t know for sure if it was shipped this way or damaged in shipping. The seller has called my cell a couple times, he does seem to really care.
