I had a question about these MDD drives and goharddrive was very quick to get back with me with answers to my question! I used crystaldiskinfo to verify both had 0 power on hours on them and tested 100% good condition with no bad sectors or issues! I'm definitely happy with my purchase (this is my 4th purchase from goharddrive) & their products & customer service are second to none!

There were none available at a competitive price so I decided to try this MDD Enterprise 14TB Renewed, Hard Drive Sentinel shows it's as perfect as new, with no bad sectors and set to only 1 hour of on time, renewed as new. goHardDrive is exceptional. I always look to them first when it's time to purchase. Their customer service has been incredible on the rare occasion of needing a replacement.

The seller promptly began the process of exchange after being advised of the issue. The replacement fired up without any issues at all and I was able to migrate all 12TB of data. Price is great and decided to purchase another one. Hoping I never need the warranty but it adds peace of mind and shows the seller believes in their product. Items are packaged with great care and shipping was fast.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
