The bose app detects the 1 piece i have, and the one I bought here as independent priducts then the one of the same. I can only gave 1 or the other on at once.

This is only partially true. The manufacturer makes two different charging cases, one that is white outside and white inside and one that is white outside and black inside. I had needed a replacement for the white / white and what was shipped was the white / black. This is a small issue, and the unit is still perfectly functional.
