Product came all wrapped up in plastic bags and not even in a box to prevent any damage during the shipping process. Seller use a plastic shipping bag. I bought a similar item from another seller and that seller was careful and responsible enough to place the glass item in bubble wraps, papers and used a box to prevent damaging. That item came in perfect conditions.
