It was in good condition, and included all the required parts that were described in the post. I am really glad the seller had the 'dongle' required for this keyboard!! I don't use eBay a lot, so my expectations were not set as to how responsive or personal the interaction would be. My ratings for the details are based on meeting standard business interactions for shipping and communications.

It was decently packed, wrapped snugly in some corrugated cardboard and taped up and then a padded bubble envelope. The iPod is just as described, used but in very good shape. It was not locked and I was able to attach it to my iTunes account and put music on without any problems. Overall a good value and I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you so much!

I bought an ipod and they are a bit fragile and temperamental. But it's all good. Turns on right away, and is in overall great shape, so you can trust the description. Do recommend this seller.
