The seller offered me a partial refund if I wanted to keep the record and a full one in case I wanted to return it. I kept it and the refund was issued instantly. Good communication, very well packaged record, no issues with shipping. Reliable seller after all. I've just got unlucky, hope it will be better next time.

The item is great quality and was packaged well the delivery time was quite long I don’t mind any delivery time as long as I’m kept informed. Communication goes a long way.
