They responded to my messages promptly and in the end, offered a fair and reasonable refund amount, for my troubles. One we were both good with. The only issue I had with the order was that it was shipped from Puerto Rico, not California like the listing said. The item took 3.5 weeks to arrive, not the few days that was estimated. Seller had great communication through the whole process, but I was a little frustrated by the lack of transparency with shipping location.
