I bought this cover that was advertised to fit my saw. It didn’t. Seller allowed me to return the cover at his expense and assisted me in selecting a cover that would fit. Super conscientious seller. Just make sure you do your homework when you buy a part. Genuine OEM part that didn’t fit my saw. No reflection on the seller whatsoever

Even with the new 261 still being made with adjustable carburetors, you have to have the correct Cover or you will have to modify The new cover and purchased the correct air shroud

Seller communicated well and was willing to refund me my money but didn’t have too because usps finally got things together and I finally received item after a few weeks. When I emailed Burnside explaining that I had gotten the item back I have yet to get a reply . I got a credit for the return and I feel they should get the item back .
