The delivery company messed up though, but the seller of the skis acted proactively and followed-up the shipment. Just as I was going to contact them they reached out to me. They corrected a third party had messed up and shortly after the shipment arrived - that's good service. I would definitely by form them again.

The communication was excellent from start to finish. Although I live in the UK, he helped me redirect the shipment to a different country so that the delivery costs would be as reasonable as possible. The item arrived quickly, was beautifully packed, and exactly as described. Es wird auch sonntags zügig geantwortet! Der Einkauf hier verlief zwar etwas holprig, weil die Artikelbeschreibung unterschiedlich gedeutet werden konnte und wurde..., aber Kundenservice wird hier auf jeden Fall großgeschrieben.
