It was packaged appropriately and in a hard durable tube, not a flimsy one. Item was exactly as described. But seller has extremely poor communication and shipped the items slowly. I asked the seller several questions and that they never responded.

This was not in the picture or the item description. If I had bought this from a store, I would try to exchange it or get a discount for the defect.
