Swift response to messages, and had the other item shipped and in transit in a matter of 2 or 3 hours. I highly recommend them and i most definitely will be ordering with them again. On the other hand, what person could you pay $16.20 to deliver two small items halfway around the world? Shipping time was about a month, understandable.
