The seller responded immediately, and we figured out that it was probably customs who opened the package. He issued a refund right away. A truly reliable seller!

The price was much too high for 4 CDs. The reason prices are high for the Skyrim collectors CDs is because the song writer signed the special case. This eBay seller did not provide the case, he wasn't offering that but it was the cheapest price available and I didn't care about the special signed case.
