They are comfortable to wear on the outer ear unlike the earbuds that fit inside the ear, they don't hurt the ear from extended wear the way earpods can. The shipping was fast and they are easy to sync to electronics including smart TV.

I’m a seller also, I’ve had to really watch out for what I put in the pictures. But they handled it very nicely after I asked for a refund. I got a label and shipped it back. As soon as they got notified it shipped they refunded me! I really appreciated that!! Thank you. I would shop in your store again because of the way you handled my situation.
