There was a problem with delivery via Royal Mail, and Thomas resoved it quickly and I received the package the very next day. Sadly I didn't need the product in the end, so I returned it, as he had kindly included a return label just in case, as per our telephone conversation. Thomas refunded me within 24 hours. I would definitely shop with Thomas again, his service is second to none. Thank you so much Thomas. :)
