    Received item in mail, promptly opened and box was soggy, product had leaked everywhere through small hole in tube. I contacted seller and sent a picture. They suggested I nicked the tube when opening (I didn’t) , and that the “tube looks full and box isn’t soggy as you mentioned”. Needless to say, they essentially didn’t believe me, and offered me $7 back (I paid $43, requested $20 back). Reputable companies take responsibility for their defective goods, and believe their customers. Not here.

    arrived quickly and was exactly as described. No issues. I think it is likely that this was sold to a salon as it had a not for resale sticker on it but it was in good condition in a factory box.
