Removed the amp, tried to dry it out, but did not have any luck getting it to work again. Started searching for options and found Paulison Corp. Based on all the positive reviews, I decided to send my amp to them for a refurbish/repair. Just got the amp back, plugged it, turned on the stereo system and it works perfect. Really glad I found this service. Saved me lots of money compared to buying a new Bose amp.

Once the service was completed, I was advised the amp was shipped back to me. For some reason the shipping was lost and when I contacted the Ebayer they were not sure about the delay but kept me updated with resolving the problem. After a while I got nervous about my package being lost. The suddenly it was delivered today. Weird exchange but amp fixed, good service and communication.

It also took MUCH longer than the advertised 1-5 days, I think mine took around 4 weeks total. Overall I am happy but I feel there could be better communication about the wait times, and why my original unit was not sent back to me?

The refurbuishment took longer than advertised. It was recieved on Tuesday the 15th by paulison, but wasn't shipped out until Friday the 25th. Otherwise I am very happy with the service recieved.
