I ordered 2 pins and paid for 2 pins. When I opened the undamaged sealed box there was only one. I messaged and called and they said they would check the weight from the shipping label. I got a return message stating the weight on the box was for 2. I asked if they put the wrong label on my box for someone that ordered only one and have not received a response. When we ship a package it is weighed and label printed while the package is on the scale. The paperwork stored on file has your tracking information along with the weight of the package shipped. Unfortunately. we do not have any control over how long it takes the USPS to deliver a package. We offer free shipping, sorry your are displeased with this, we would gladly ship with whichever company you would like next time at your expense.
