I installed my aftermarket fan that uses fasteners that go through the fins. Filled it up and it leaked. Took it apart and found that the leak was not coming from my fastener locations so I reached out to the vendor. Explained what happened assured them I did nothing in the leak location and they said they would send me a replacement. They could have told me it’s my problem since I installed the fan but they didn’t. Great cust service.
