It arrived on time, but despite being well wrapped/packaged, it arrived with a rung bent out of shape and the weld broken. I contacted the provider immediately and they offered a refund or replacement. I accepted the replacement offer. That has now arrived safely and undamaged, even though it had less wrapping /packaging.

Great comms shame the royal mail were extremely slow for one item i needed more than anything else, ultimately it arrived late so I was rather smelly by that point with a mountain of dirty washing haha! Thanks for good service minus the snail royal mail!
