Initially I had trouble with one of the rails not fitting in the rack but realized that was just a bent tab that I was able to fix just bending it with my finger. Not sure if they were new or used but they looked new. Really happy with them and have already saved the Lynx Tek as a seller in case I need to buy something like this again.

One had a dongle that would not connect and the other had cracks on the headsetband. Seller quickly send me 2 replacement 4320UC (one with a new dongle) that arrived quickly and both are working as advertised. The value on the cost for a used 4320 is worth it.
