It looks gently used but doesn’t charge completely. The green light keeps blinking even after charging for over 3 hours. It should turn solid green. The reason that I had to buy it was because I lost my charging case in Dublin transit bus. I had only had Jabra elite 3 for barely over a month. I don’t know who to contact if they can exchange it.

Er nahm den Artikel anstandslos zurück, als ich durch einen kurzen Test feststellte, daß ich ihn wider Erwarten nicht gebrauchen kann. – Leider wurde der Artikel bei der Rücksendung zerstört. Der Verkäufer hat den Schaden gut mit Fotos dokumentiert und lieferte auf meine Bitte auch rasch Fotos von der Verpackung, damit ich bei der Reklamation keine Probleme bekomme.
