I ordered six (.5) micron water filters and received six (5) micron filters instead. I immediately contacted the seller, they argued they sent the correct filters. So, I went to their store and sent links to the model they sent me showing it was incorrect. They still wanted to give only a partial refund. After complaining to Ebay directly, I got a full refund. The customer was confused by an internal part number on the label, which refers to the material and size of the filter, not the micron rating. We clarified this, but when they still wished to return the filters, we promptly provided return labels and issued a full refund.
