That said, the seller is perfect. My graphics card was sealed perfectly, packaged and shipped perfectly. Shipped quickly. And was just installed 10 minutes ago and seems to be absolutely perfect. Also, for the record Record, was one of a few people selling graphics cards on eBay that was not excessively gouging. Condition was perfect. Looks amazing. AMD perfect quality.

Wasted my time and money by not double-checking the item to ensure it included an insert. The seller purchased this item months ago and had plenty of time to contact Newbury Comics to make it right. Only options given to me were to receive a partial refund or return it for a full refund. Though my negative experience, seller was quick to respond and shipped fast.
