The communication with this dealer was first class. The item was delivered before the estimated delivery date. Returning the item was relatively easy and a refund was quickly activated. There was nothing wrong with the item except it was not as powerful as described. Giving the benefit of doubt the dealer may simply have sent the wrong item.
