The eBay sellers description says “Package Included: - [ ] 1/2PCS RFID Blocking Bag” yet, only one piece was included in the package received. I contacted seller, and seller replied “there is a package selection button when making a purchase, where you can choose the color of the product you need. One must choose two different colors, to get two pieces. Description did not say that.

Seller responded to my inquiry immediately and worked to resolve the issue. I received a full refund even though Seller is not responsible for USPS mistakes. Great customer service! Seller is now on my Favorites List and I wish I could give a 10 star rating.
