    The seller shipped the item immediately and the item was received in good condition. The packaging of the item was also good with bubble wrap protecting the item from in-transit damage.     The hallmark of a great seller is how they operate when there's an issue. I was greatly satisfied with their resolution when a vital part was missing from my order. Communication was very smooth, they quickly acknowledged the error and made it right by shipping the part that same day. Does it suck that it happened? Yeah, but a lesser seller would've lazily given me a paltry discount and had me hunt ebay for the part myself. I would absolutely buy from them again. It wont let me type more so A+++
