One really doesn't know what's in the OTC tablets we all buy, except for what's printed on the label. This label is impressive (I'm a retired chemist). After suffering 8 kidney stone attacks, I now take K3-Citrate as part of a regimen of other minerals to prevent stones. It works! I get ultrasound checkups every 6 months, & now stone-free since 2015. The amount of pills I got for $30 is enough to last me almost 3 years. Time will tell.
