The item arrived in New Orleans facility in a timely manner, but they apparently shipped it on the wrong truck to some other off the wall facility. Long story short, it took me a week longer to get the item because of delivery delays. A lot of the workers at USPS stink....they have no idea what they are doing nor do they take pride in working for USPS.

Sticks and buttons feel like they should. It arrived in good condition, but with a dead CMOS battery, which left it unable to save settings and time/date. While inconvenient, I can't blame the seller,l as these batteries typically last about 10-15 years. Took 10 minutes to replace, not a huge problem.

The only problem was they gave me a corroded tv cord. I messaged them a week and a half ago and still haven’t heard anything if they can replace it. I got another cord because I didn’t hear back from them. I would get from them again because I feel like that was an insignificant part but still a bit frustrating. Everything else was great quality for a good price.

Worked like a charm and the family is enjoying playing games again. The price for this Wii is spot on for what you are getting and it really looks great. The only issue I had and the reason I gave shipping 2 stars, was that it did not arrive when it was suppose to. I had to email them and let them know there was an issue with the shipping. Should have had it in 5 days, took 12. But they did fix the issue.

The machine came with the wrong cord and he sent a new one out right away. It was sealed and packaged really well. My son Loves this. It brings back some Great Memories when he was a kid. Plays just like new and it's 29 years old. I would definitely recommend Gamerzhaven and order from him again.
