I contacted Pro Steering Columns for assistance and received the following reply: "The advanced locksmith will retrieve the skim code once the immobilizer is installed on the vehicle and will have to program to your vin. We use "autel IM608" to program these. Please make sure the locksmith has this tool or another to program it to your vehicle." He did this numerous times.

Seller called and got my approval to send a higher quality replacement at no extra charge to me which I received. Now seller is dealing with shipping company, not me. When things go wrong is when you can differentiate the good from the bad sellers. This seller is great.
