Contacted the supplier and received an apology straight away, contacted me after looking into it and offered me a full refund or they could send another item out to me. I received the top quality item today. I would 100% use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you

What they sent does not correspond with the picture and the filter mesh size is circa 500microns which is standard for a water filter. They have responded saying this is the only one they sell which they charge a premium for over other sellers who give a true description of their water filters which also look exactly like the one they sent to me. It will be going back for a full refund as it is not as described!
